What the #*%€?

Driving along Park Ave. this afternoon and I saw this sign. I gave the camera to my brother and told him to take a picture.

I don't know what the hell it means. It looks like Chinese to me.

    I've never seen a road sign like it but once you translate the damn thing it's kind of cool. Go straight..YES...2nd left turn...YES...first right turn...No, HELL NO...YOU DIE!!!

    Looks to me like it's saying that there is a way to go straight, and that's ok, you can go left on the far side of a median but you should not go left on the other side of the median. Cool sign, you should take it home and hang it on the wall.

    I'm pretty sure it is "ok" to go straight..."ok" to turn left on the second road...but "not ok" to turn left on the first road...not sure about the ones on the right lol.

    maybe okay to go straight and second right but to first right ? probably not. Never seen one like that
